1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AI education platform at neuravixenta.com (Neuravixenta), you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Neuravixenta provides personalized coaching sessions, live workshops, and group training modules focused on artificial intelligence and related skills. Fees are due prior to each session. Service packages are non-transferable beyond allowed rescheduling.

Refunds: Requests for refund of a coaching session must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date via our contact form. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment channel within 14 days. Sessions canceled less than 7 days before commencement or after material access have no refund option due to resource booking.

Rescheduling: Clients may move a session up to 48 hours in advance at no charge. Sessions not rescheduled in time are considered fulfilled and no credit is offered.

3. Digital Products

Neuravixenta offers recorded courses, downloadable guides, and assessment tools. Access is granted immediately upon purchase.

Refunds: Full refund requests for digital products may be made within 14 days of purchase if less than 10% of content has been accessed. Requests should be directed to our contact form. Credits are processed to the original payment channel within 14 days of approval. Products with more than 10% accessed are not eligible for refunds.

4. Merchandise

Branded items and apparel are sold via our online store. Merchandise must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Refunds: Merchandise refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items back to Neuravixenta. Upon receipt and inspection, a credit to the original payment channel is issued within 14 days. Replacement items may be requested based on availability.

6. Changes to Terms
